Teens and adults will benefit from this course to increase self-confidence and learn to use innate resources to reduce stress and effect change. In this course you will learn how to create a state of self-hypnosis and use positive autosuggestion and mental imagery for personal improvement. Gain insight into what's behind unwanted habits, behaviors and attitudes and how to reprogram your thoughts to make positive changes in your life. You will have the opportunity to practice exercises and techniques to by-pass the critical thinking conscious mind and communicate with the subconscious mind where permanent change happens.
